Baking for a Cause

I volunteered to help my church youth group, S.T.O.R.M. (Student Team On a Radical Mission), raise money for an organization called Compassion, by offering some baked goods. Compassion International is a Christian child advocacy ministry that releases children from spiritual, economic, social, and physical poverty and helps them become responsible Christian adults. It was founded in 1952 when the organization began providing Korean War orphans with food, shelter, education, and health care, as well as Christian training.

I know I haven't posted in a while. A lot of things have been going on since I last posted. I started a new job this week!! Which is great because I'm finally an adult, and also kind of a bummer because this means I will have less time to bake... :(  

Anywho, I realized I don't have that much time in the morning to eat breakfast (mainly because I wake up so late...) so I made a whole pan of yummy crumb cake that I can take on-the-go with me! I didn't have the amazing skills of my friend, Song, in terms of photographing so they aren't as pretty as my last post...
